Neurodivergent Self-Assessment

Answer each question honestly based on your general experience across your life, not just recently. Choose the response that reflects how you actually experience things, not how you have learned to appear — this is especially important if you tend to mask or compensate, whether consciously or not. There are no right or wrong answers.

49 questions, presented one at a time. Your scores are calculated privately in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere. Your progress is saved automatically so you can return if interrupted.

This is an exploratory self-reflection tool, not a validated clinical instrument. It is designed to help you notice patterns and find language for your experience — not to provide a diagnosis. If you have developed strong strategies for managing or masking difficulties — something particularly common in women, people socialised as female, and anyone diagnosed late or not at all — your scores may underestimate the presence of underlying traits. A low score does not mean these patterns are absent from your experience. If completing this questionnaire brings up intense distress or feels overwhelming, please step away and speak to someone you trust or contact a mental health support line before continuing.

Your results

These scores reflect patterns across your responses. They are not a diagnosis — they are a map of where your experience clusters, and a starting point for understanding yourself more clearly. When interpreting these results, consider not just whether you recognise the patterns described, but whether they cause meaningful difficulty in your relationships, work, self-care, or daily functioning.
